Long-term contracting position in the real estate industry managing various IT projects including .NET application development, Clipper software development, Genesys phone system development, Networking systems projects, and business-related projects such as internal auditing and process efficiency projects. Additional duties include establishing a project methodology system and SDLC that will work for this unique agile-style environment, establishing and administrating a SharePoint intranet system with Project Web Access, and statistical and strategic reporting and presentations for the Senior Director of IT and the Executive Steering Committee. This position requires a high-level PM skill set and includes managing an IT staff of approximately 30 resources.

Installed, supported and provided staff training for a mission-critical proprietary software and database system; installed new PCs and laptops and maintained existing machines and network (1 WinNT server, 8+ Win98/2000/XP clients).
